Selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen monoxide by hydrocarbon on Ni-Ga spinel type double oxide catalyst

摘要
Ni-Ga spinel type double oxide has been found to be highly active for the selective reduction of NO with an aid of hydrocarbon. The catalytic activity was enhanced with the increase of the Ga/Ni mole ratio. The maximum activity was observed at 3.0 of Ga/Ni mole ratio. The catalytic activity and its temperature range of the Ni-Ga spinel type mixed oxide catalyst were improved with addition of Co/CeO2 by mechanical mixing. This new catalyst also exhibited high thermal stability.
