摘要
This article examines the current body of knowledge regarding resuscitative interventions for the various subsets of trauma patients to provide a more discriminating and categorical approach to patients with severe injury. This article examines, in particular, the controversial issues of prehospital care for injury patients with post-traumatic internal hemorrhage and post-traumatic circulatory arrest, for which most advances have occurred. In addition, this article provides an over-view for the prehospital care of the patient with severe head injury.
