摘要
Flexible conductors: A unique type of organic - inorganic hybrid semiconductor crystals have been synthesized that are flexible and have low thermal conductivity. The hybrids consist of ZnTe layers connected by various diamines (see picture for examples; C. gray, N blue, Te red, Zn large pale blue spheres). © 2009 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
