摘要：

Carcinoma of the penis affects 1 in 100 000 men per year in most developed countries. It accounts for less than 1% of adult malignancies in Europe and the USA. Survival is excellent if diagnosed early, but most men present up to year after the initial lesion is noted. Unfortunately the treatment of metastatic disease is still disappointing.
