Stable temperature dependence of dielectric properties in BaTiO3-Nb2O5-Co3O4-Gd2O3 system

摘要
BaTiO3-Nb2O5-Co3O4-Gd2O3 system is very promising for application in X7R ceramic materials with high dielectric constant. The proper increasing of Gd2O3 concentration not only enhances the dielectric constant, but also results in a more stable temperature dependence of dielectric constant. Temperature dependence fitting X7R specification was achieved with dielectric constant greater than 4000 and dielectric loss less than 1.5%.
