Triarylamine-containing poly(perfluorocyclobutane) as hole-transporting material for polymer light-emitting diodes

摘要
A series of efficient hole-transporting triarylamine-containing polyperfluorocylobutanes was developed through in situ thermal polymerization. An efficient polymer blue light-emitting diodes, using a fluorene and binaphthyl copolymer as a blue emitter and a phenyl diphenyl diphenyl diamine and perfluorocyclobutane as the hole-transporting layer, showed a low turn-on voltage, high brightness, and high external quantum efficiency.
