Charge-separated state in strain-induced quantum dots

摘要
We have measured the time-resolved photoluminescence of strain-induced quantum dots. We show that a long-lived intermediate state is involved in the excitation transfer from the interstitial quantum well to the dot. This intermediate state has the properties expected of the charge separated state predicted by theory. (C) 1997 American Institute of Physics.
