摘要
In this work, WO3 thin films deposited at different powers and geometries have been evaluated for use as electrodes in thin film batteries. The potential profiles and cycling capacity in lithium electrolyte were investigated. The discharge capacity for samples strongly depends on the deposition conditions, and there is a clear correlation between microstructure and electrochemical performance. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V.
