摘要：

Insights into the pathogenesi's of type 2 diabetes has led to increasing therapeutic targets for intervention, and improvements in peptide delivery technology have lead to non-injection methods of insulin delivery. This article reviews new drugs which are likely to become available for use by people with diabetes over the coming year.
