摘要
The sol-gel process of mixed inorganic-organic systems is investigated by means of FT-IR Raman spectroscopy. The purpose is to obtain organically modified silica aerogels. It is shown by time dependent Raman measurements, that these systems perform a quasi-two-step hydrolysis and condensation reaction. An inorganic silica network is formed first on which the organic components condensate in a second step. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science B.V.
