Effect of vacancy jump rate on the penneability and dielectric properties of Ni0.65Zn0.35CuxFe2-XO4

摘要
The ferrite system Ni0.65Zn0.35CuFe2-XO4 with x = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 was prepared using the ceramic method. Relative permeability, dielectric constant, dielectric loss were studied as a function of vacancy jump rate. The results showed that the relative permeability, dielectric constant and dielectric loss decrease with increasing vacancy jump rate. Four bands are observed in the IR spectra. The high-frequency band nu(1) is assigned to the tetrahedral cations and the low-frequency band nu(2) to the octahedral complexes. The dielectric hysteresis loops were displayed for different Cu concentrations and showed a decrease in the dielectric polarization. This evidence confirmed the effect of vacancy jump rate on the decrease of relative permeability and dielectric constant. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V All fights reserved.
