摘要：

Atrial ischemia, which can be realized with suggestive findings on early postoperative electrocardiographic tracings, promotes atrial fibrillation in patients who have undergone coronary artery bypass grafting procedures. Associated risk factors include older age, female gender, low cardiac output, and proximal right coronary and circumflex artery lesions.
