Geometric magnetism in massive chaotic billiards

摘要
Geometric magnetism is a post adiabatic reaction force exerted by a fast system on a slow system coupled to it. Here it is demonstrated analytically and numerically that a heavy (slow) uncharged billiard boundary, partial derivative D, swerves, on the average, because of geometric magnetism exerted through elastic impacts from a light (fast) charged particle moving inside partial derivative D in a magnetic field, for both regular and chaotic fast motions.
