摘要
We studied here the possibility to elaborate europium-doped yttrium oxide crystallised planar wave-guide structures, and their optical properties through rare earth fluorescence emission and m-lines spectroscopy. Propagation of optical modes is compared between doped and undoped samples. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
