摘要
The knowledge of the pore-network structure based on physical ad-desorption analyses is fundamental to the characterization of nanometric powders. This paper employs the BET and BJH methods to study pore dimensions and surface areas of ferroelectric nanopowders, hydrothermally processed at various conditions of temperature and time. The differences between adsorption and desorption isotherms are discussed and the main morphological parameters (specific surface area, weight of the nitrogen monolayer, pore volume and shape, and ports size distribution) were determined and correlated to the hydrothermal processing conditions.
