摘要
Recent research in sport psychology and behavioral medicine has highlighted the importance of psychosocial factors in sports performance and in the prevention, management, and rehabilitation of sports injury. This article presents an overview of the psychosocial and behavioral risk factors known to contribute to sports injury risk and rehabilitation, as well as guidelines for assessment and treatment of sports injury from a biopsychosocial perspective. Finally, areas for future research and clinical practice are discussed, particularly regarding the role of psychology within the sports medicine team.
