摘要
Parametrization of the Schwarz P triply periodic minimal surface, found in many physical, chemical and biological systems, has allowed us to calculate its coordinates analytically, and to describe its properties, such as the surface-to-volume ratio. Real structures may now be quantitatively compared with the precise coordinates and quantified in terms of the surface parameters. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
