摘要
We have investigated a spray method for organic electroluminescent device (OELD) fabrication, which is suitable for simple device fabrication and has the merits of large-area production and short tact time. The mean roughness of the film surface was 50Angstrom. For polyvinylcarbazole (PVCz)-based devices. current-voltage characteristics of the device depend on the dopant materials, and luminance of 1.910cd/m(2) was obtained for the single-layered device with coumarin 6 used as the dopant material.
