摘要
Preapration of high-quality LTA-type materiasl with Si/Al ratios ranging from 100 to 2400 was analyzed. All synthesis regarding the organic-structure detecting agent (R) yielded highly crystalline LTA-type material according to the XRD study. No indication of amorphous or other crystalline phase were found. The high purity of the materials was confirmed by the SEM inspection of solid. Only crystals with the typical cubic morphology of LTA-type material ranging 1 and 3μm were observed. The comparison of the surface area of 200 peaks of the 24h solid and a reference sample showed that the conversion of the seeded system is 85%. Results show the decrease in aluminum content mech below one atom per unit cell makes them materials that posseses all characteristics of all silica zeolites.
