摘要
Recently published observational epidemiologic studies and clinical trials have provided additional evidence that weight loss, dietary sodium reduction, moderation of alcohol consumption, physical activity, and potassium supplementation reduce blood pressure. Lifestyle modification should be recommended for the prevention and treatment of hypertension in the general population, Curr Opin Nephrol Hypertens 9:267-271. (C) 2000 Lippincott Williams & Wilkins.
