摘要：

A method of critical evaluation of comet assay test results is proposed. This method is based on representing frequency histograms of tail moments and %DNA in the tail with the use of the unsymmetrical Weibull distribution. The distribution is fully characterized by two parameters: shape (a) and scale (). Coefficients of variation and confidence intervals of the parameters have been determined.
