摘要
A new carbon modification with the cubic crystal structure was obtained and investigated. The carbon modification was produced as a result of treating the diamond surface in a hydrogen plasma. The crystal lattice parameter of the fcc carbon phase was found to be equal to 0.3563 nm, which was close to that obtained on the basis of the high-resolution transmission electron microscope image.
