摘要
The conventional solution and supercritical fluid processing were combined to prepare porous tissue engineering scaffolds that contained biologically active material for controlled release. The combination allowed the accurate dosing of the biological agent whilst retaining the advantages of supercritical fluid technology. The retention of biological activity throughout the supercritical CO2 processing using the enzyme ribonuclease A was also demsonstrated.
