摘要
Two simple yet effective strategies (Wittig condensation reaction and radical polymerization) for the synthesis of photochromic copolymers containing bisthienylethene units are presented. A new family of photochromic copolymer containing bisthienylethene and fluorophores units in the main chains was synthesized by Wittig condensation. Another novel photochromic copolymer with multi-component photochromic pendent groups was prepared by radical polymerization. Photochromism of the copolymers was investigated in solid film and in solution.
