摘要
TiO2/CdS nanocomposite film was fabricated successfully based on electrostatic interaction. Combining of the two semiconductor offers an opportunity to Sensitize TiO2 nanoparticles by CdS nanoparticles, which were improved here by the photoelectrochemical and photovoltage measurements.
