摘要
Today, near-infrared (NIR) Raman spectroscopy is being used increasingly for identifying organic and inorganic materials, microspectroscopy, characterizing the chemical and physical properties of polymers, process monitoring, and quantification. However for most samples, there are several factors that cause differences between Raman spectra measured with different wavelengths. This article discusses sample-dependent factors that may cause NIR Raman spectra to vary with the wavelength of the excitation laser.
