摘要
The elastic band structure of a two-dimensional phononic crystal containing piezoelectric material is investigated by the plane-wave-expansion method. Numerical results show that for large filling fraction, the full band gap of this kind of system is enlarged by considering the piezoelectric effect, but for small filling fraction, the influence of the piezoelectric effect is so small that it can be neglected.
