摘要
A multilayered device combining an organic electroluminescent (EL) diode with a high-gain organic photoresponsive heterojunction between phthalocyanine and perylene pigments was fabricated. The EL output under red light irradiation was reversibly erased by superimposing blue light irradiation, due to the photo-suppression of the photocurrent multiplication phenomenon at the organic/organic heterojunction. The spatial resolution for image conversion was confirmed to be finer than 280 mum. The present function can be regarded as an optical "NOT" operation.
