Chiral recognition of bilirubin by polymeric nanoparticles

摘要
The induced circular dichroism (ICD) and chiral recognition of bilirubin by polymeric nanoparticales was studied. The circular dichroism spectra were measured at room temperature using a spectropolarimeter equipped with a quartz cell having a path of 10 mm. The results showed that the hydrophobicity poly(γ-benzyl L-glutamate) core in the nanoparticles provided an enantioselective chiral microenvironment for the M-helicity enantiomer bilirubin stabilized through the intramolecularly hydrogen-bonded conformation.
