摘要
The structure of the electromagnetic field in the laser resonator and some medium with nonlinear dielectric permeability inside used as a detector of gravitational waves is discussed in terms of plane waves. Characteristics of space and time phases of the standing electromagnetic wave are discussed in detail. Electric field variations originating under the influence of the gravitational radiation on the optical system are estimated. (C) 1997 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
