摘要
The toxicological applications of nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy in biomedical science, are discussed. Metabonomics is an approach for studying toxicity because toxins cause perturbation of the concentrations and fluxes of endogeneous metabolites involved in key cellular pathway. THe response of cells to toxic stressors generally results in an adjustments of their extra-cellular environment in order of their internal environment. The relationship between blood manganese concentrations and bran lesions was also examined, as indicated by clinical examination and MRI.
