摘要
The authors report a 40nm (1560 to 1520nm) quasi-continuous tuning with a minimum output power of 3mW, sidemode suppression >30dB and high current tuning efficiency in a vertical grating assisted codirectional coupler laser with a sampled Bragg reflector (GCSR).
