Anthropometry: The human dimension

In this anthropocentric world, the size and shape of human beings influences a vast variety of design decisions. The size and shape and people is also important for several aspects of medicine where surgical procedures, prosthetic design and reconstructive procedure all depends on precise design and reconstructive procedures all depend on precise location and fit body parts and their replacements.
