摘要
Chlorine emission from Datong bituminous coal of China during fast heat treatments was reported. The heat treatment experiments were carried out in a closed simulated dropping tube reactor (similar to1000 degreesC s(-1)). Effects of temperature (300-700 degreesC), N, pressure (0.1-4 MPa), and heating time under N-2 atmosphere on chlorine release were studied. Influence of atmosphere (N-2 and H-2) was also investigated. Results show that the bleeding ratio of chlorine increases with increases in heating temperature and time. High N-2 pressure restrains chlorine emission. H-2 environment promotes chlorine emission. The data implies that secondary reactions may play an important role in chlorine release and reducing environment is beneficial for chlorine release. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
