摘要
Previous development of analytical, recently predominantly separation, techniques in the interaction of OPA with nucleophiles is based mainly on empirical approaches. A deeper understanding of the details of the solution chemistry involved promises a rational development of more reliable analytical methods in the future. Studies published between 1970 and 2002 are examined to point out areas in which further research is needed and to indicate the opportunities and limitations of individual analytical techniques used in such studies.
