Signal-separation experiments for a power-recycled Fabry-Perot-Michelson interferometer by sideband elimination

摘要
We describe signal-extraction and control experiments on a power-recycled Fabry-Perot-Michelson interferometer, a prototype gravitational wave detector. Well-diagonized control signals are extracted by adjusting the optical parameters of the interferometer. The mixing of an unnecessary signal was reduced by 100 times for the recycling mirror control signal with our scheme. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
