Dibenzothiophene-bis(oxazolines): new sulfur-containing ligands tested in asymmetric palladium-catalyzed allylic substitutions

摘要
New asymmetric sulfur-containing ligands based on a dibenzothiophene backbone have been prepared. The chirality was introduced by two oxazoline moieties placed near the sulfur atom. These C-2-symmetric bis(oxazolines) have been successfully tested in asymmetric palladium-catalyzed allylic substitutions leading to up to 77%, e.e. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science Ltd.
