Electrochemical synthesis and characterization of transparent nanocrystalline Cu2O films and their conversion to CuO films

摘要：

Transparent nanocrystalline Cu2O films (E-g = 2.6 eV) were electrodeposited from a dimethyl sulfoxide medium; these films exhibit interesting optical and photoelectrochemical properties, and can be converted to transparent CuO films.
