摘要
The controlled/`living' atom transfer radical polymerization of N-(2-acetoxyethyl) maleimide and N-phenylmaleimide with styrene was carried out using a 1-phenylethyl bromide/CuIBr/bipy catalytic system. The copolymers possess a designed molecular weight with narrow molecular weight distribution, and are confirmed to be predominantly alternating in structure.
