Electrical resistivity and thermopower of intercalation compounds BixTiS2

摘要
The temperature dependence of DC electrical resistivity and thermopower of bismuth intercalated compounds BixTiS2 (x = 0-0.25) were investigated in the temperature range from 7 to 300 K. The resistivity and thermopower decreased as intercalated Bi content increased. However, the thermopower component originating from phonon-drag effect was found to have enhanced.
