University faculty's perception of a library liaison program: A case study

摘要
This article examines how university faculty perceive a library liaison program. Specifically, it discusses what faculty consider to be important services that a liaison should provide for them, whether faculty see any improved services resulting from the program, and whether faculty deem the subject background of a liaison librarian as indispensable.
