摘要
The development of microstructure models to predict the final mechanical properties of hot rolled steels is reviewed. Particular emphasis is placed on the performance of these models in solving industrial problems, or for online control. While there is still ongoing activity to improve these models they are still not sufficiently accurate for many applications and there are a number of issues associated with full implementation.
