摘要
Long-range H-1-N-15 GHMQC spectra afford a viable means of beginning to incorporate N-15 into strategies to elucidate the structures of potentially novel alkaloids. Long-range H-1-N-15 heteronuclear shift correlation using a variant of the gradient-enhanced HMQC pulse sequence is demonstrated at N-15 natural abundance using the indoloquinoline alkaloid cryptolepine.
