摘要
We conduct a theoretical analysis to show the recently imaged structure of the acetylcholine receptor pore is in a non-conducting state. A hypothesised open state consistent with a lower resolution image is created and shown to have high conductance. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
