Thermodynamic phase analysis of cloud particles with FY-1C data

摘要
There are ten channels in Chinese FY-1C polar orbiting meteorological satellite. These channels cover visible, near infrared and infrared spectral bands. Based on our simulating analysis of thermodynamic phase of cloud top particles, a case study using FY-1C data is performed. Results show that FY-1C channel 6 (1.58-1.64 mum) can be used to analyze the thermodynamic phase of cloud particles.
