摘要
An active vibrations control utilizing the SMA actuators has been undertaken to suppress the bending vibrations of a cantilevered beam. A modified CAC (constant-amplitude controller) has been proposed and successfully implemented to eliminate undesirable chattering in the settled phase. Additionally, superior control performance has been demonstrated by employing the SMC. The control effects attributable to the number of actuators and the location of the actuators are to be studied in the future.
