摘要
We show that the dynamical structure factor investigated by Roters ct al. [Phys. Rev. E 59, 2672 (1999)] does not allow the determination of the precise nature of the transition in the Nagel-Schreckenberg cellular automata model for traffic flow. We provide evidence for the existence of a crossover instead of a critical point.
