摘要
The luminescent properties and device characteristics of ZnxMg1-xS:Mn thin films have been investigated by photoluminescence (PL) and electroluminescence (EL). The blue shift of the Mn2+ emission band in PL and EL has been clearly observed in the whole composition range. The chemical shift of the Mn2+ emission band in ZnxMg1-xS has been discussed consistently in the framework of crystal field treatment. (C) 2000 published by Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
