Thermal cycling life and thermal diffusivity of a plasma-sprayed nanostructured thermal barrier coating

摘要
The nanostructured thermal barrier coatings exhibited excellent thermal cyclic resistance and low thermal diffusivity. The thermal cyclic life of the coating is about 600 h for 1-h cycles at 1050 degreesC. The thermal diffusivity of the coating is 90% of that of conventional thermal barrier coatings.
