摘要
Tc-99rn disofenin (DISIDA) hepatobiliary scintigraphy is an excellent imaging modality in the evaluation of cholecystitis, gallbladder dyskinesia, bile leak, and common bile duct obstruction. Partial external biliary diversion is an emerging surgical technique used in recent years in the management of patients with cholestasis caused by different etiologies, especially those with progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis, which is fatal without treatment. We report a case in which cholescintigraphy was performed in assessing the patency of a partial external biliary diversion.
